I have a Dyisland brake set, and had read comments that it was hard to match the bleed-ports. This kit came with an assortment of port adapters, 2 of which fit my brakes. The well designed kit worked perfectly with the draw syringes and the bleed-cup. I was glad I bought this kit, as I have had to do severals bleeds since I got it, which is very simple to do, when you have the right equipment. Tip: Once you have found your port adapters, keep them seperate, so you don't have to refind them! Cons: * It would have been better to have the funnel cup clear or see-thru. * The kit comes in a nice plastic box, that should be a little bigger, so it is easier to put items back in it. I bought my brake fluid seperately, same brand.

An essential to have if you are looking to bleed your hydraulic brakes on your bike. Provides all of the adapters and tools necessary to ensure that it will fit your bike. I personally used it to bleed my SRAM brakes on my mountain bike. Works exactly as described, all you need in addition to this product is some brake fluid and you are good to go!

Works ok. Makes bleeding easy. Love the funnel and plunger that stops oil from running out when removeing the funnel.

super nice ease to work nice quality

I used this brake bleed kit to bleed the brakes on a Trek bike with Shimano type brakes. It worked nicely and got the job done. I had tried to bleed the brakes with an older kit and I couldn’t get all of the air out of the lines. After inspection, it looked like the O-rings were damaged from over tightening on prior jobs. This new little kit hit the job done. Compared to what Park Tool charges for their bleed kit ($150+) this is a good value.

Unreal how easy this is. I have a Varla Eagle One and my left (rear) brake has been broken, or it hasn't been working, for about 10 days. Which means that unfortunately I've been riding with only 1 break of late, and even my front brake was wearing down. I got this kit last week and it literally took me like 5 minutes to pour the mineral oil into my brake lever and get my brakes working again. I rode a little but yesterday to test it out and what a difference this makes. Unbelievable. I was originally considering taking my Eagle One to a local scooter repair shop, but a couple of my scooter friends recommended that I first get this kit and basically watch a YouTube video on how to do it. It's so easy. It also saves me from having to drive my scooter in my car to some random repair shop where they would probably over charge me and have the scooter for a week. I know they would over charge me because the repair shop told me it would be $50 to inspect the brakes. F THAT. lol. Seriously, buy this kit and do it yourself. Because this $10 kit will last you the life of your scooter. Highly recommend

Does not include the bleeding edge tool required. Im new to this repair, but it sucks buying a kit and not getting the part you need. That's a bit on me not doing enough research. I'm also having leaking at the lever attachment. I am unsure if it's a poor fitting metal part from this kit, the syringe, or my bike, there are two different attachments that fit, but led to excessive leaking at the attachment point. Oil everywhere and a failed brake bleed. Will update this if it is user error or a problem with my lever. Syringes and tubing feel cheap, but good enough for the job.

Get what you pay for! If you can accomplish the bleeding in one or two quick attempts (learning curve) this item is perfect. However, the longer it takes; all fittings gets fluided (slipping off) causing chaos trying to keep pressure.

Worked as expected

Two of the adapters fit my Nutt brake levers and callipers on my Rad Rover 6 Plus. One of the o-rings on the adapters tore when I removed it. Still able to complete the bleed job but I question the longevity of this product. Hence -1 star.

Basic kit for shimano brakes. Doesn’t have a bleeding edge tool for sram and no stand for the bleed cup so you can never put it down when full.

Bought this kit to service and Alfine 11 internal hub, had everything you need outside of the actual shimano oil. Dont buy the expensive kits elsewhere on Amazon. It was cheaper to source the oil at a local bike shop and buy this kit online.
