I bought this as a gift for my niece. (I have an allergy to Cacao... or else I would use it!) My niece loves the taste--she puts it in her smoothies as a supplement. She says it boosts her energy levels and increases her stamina. From what I can see, it is a clean product with very healthy ingredients.

In order to mix it you have to use a blender. It can't be stirred up or shaken up and they don't tell you that before you purchase it.

I have just been diagnosed with arthritis and I plan to "beef up" my intake. I put it in my breakfast smoothies and have made protein bars with it. The recipes that you will find at the website are soooo good. All the benefits and chocolate too. Have read a lot lately of the attention we need to give to cell renewal. Many well-known doctors have brought the subject up. You can't go wrong consuming this product. Be patient for results but be diligent using it.

This stuff is awesome! It takes a few weeks or a month to really kick in, but it does! I ride mountain bikes with another 50 year old guy on weekends and he could not figure out how I started climbing so fast all of the sudden. I just reordered and will keep using this product for a long time. I have more energy and endurance so it makes my "weekend warrior" rides a lot more fun!
