The lock works as expected, but did not come with the advertised mounting bracket.
The lock does its job. The setup is easy and straightforward. I'm pretty disappointed that this didn't come with the mounting bracket as advertised. That was one of the reason's I chose it over others.

So far so good...if you can lock it.
It's pretty good as far as I can tell. I had the hardest time setting the combination, that was almost so bad I was tempted to return it.

can’t recode, defective lock
was given a defective lock. followed the recoding instructions perfectly, and even watched a detailed youtube video on how to recode this exact lock and had someone else try. you have to use an INSANE amount of force to recode the lock. the recode wrench is cheap plastic that broke after I moved the first number. none of my tools are working on it to get the other numbers. I can’t recode it at all. waste of almost 70 bucks. huge disappointment.

Fantastic Design & Execution!
Finally! A combination bike lock that is easy to use, easy to carry on your bike, & won't bang-up your bike when going on and off - Fantastic Design & Execution! Seems to be well above average in Security Level assurance as well.

Another Bicycle lock
I lost interest in this item because the delivery date was 40-45 days later. This lock is stiff and does not bend, so, slides away where gravity takes it , will damage the paint. One advantage is that,there is no need to look for the key. I do not use this product, and will not recommend to a casual/weekend cyclist.After the slow delivery, I have cut down buying from Amazon. Buy cheaper from china and, it may take a month to get it.

The lock itself is brilliant. While I suppose we never know how good a lock is until it's attacked, it is so much lighter than the D-lock I've been using and is rated as Silver secure.posted them, no charge.However, to programme the code you need two tools, the coding stop and a min-spanner which are meant to come with it. Amazon did not supply it so, in the absence of being able to communicate with anyone at Amazon I sent it back for a replacement with an explanation of what was missing. Amazon sent a replacement immediately, but without the two tools.Somewhat annoyed, I rang Squire looking to purchase the missing pieces and they sent them FOC.Excellent customer service from a family business, making quality products here in the UK.The re-coding process using the spanner is very, very stiff but it does work.I guess my rating should be 5 stars for the product, 5 stars for Squire, but 2 stars for Amazon

Fell apart after 1 month
Was cycling home with lock hanging on my handlebar, on a random road bump lock fell apart, literally two pieces (combi part itself and a small black piece) fell off on the road O_Oit was only around month I was using it, piece of crap, don't ever buy thisyou don't want a lock that can break into pieces randomly to secure your beloved bikeso sorry the return window is already closed

Not bad
Lock seems strong and I like the act you don't need keys; very easy to change the combination. It is quite awkward to fit you need to consider how the lock works. Certianily lighter than a U lock but more difficult to use. I generally use this inconjunction with another lock

Couldn't change combination- instructions hopeless, tool provided useless
When we wanted to change the combination- the instructions were not clear how you did this, in the end rang manufacturers, who were helpful, but even so the tool provided for you was totally inadequate and we were left after a frustrating 30 minutes with a combination we weren't sure of and so couldn't use the lock. Again contacted the manufacturers who said to return it. We are waiting for a new lock from them.Colbalt ( the sellers) were very helpful and said they would refund us, but we decided to go with Squire's offer of a new lock and specific combination.

Great lock but can be fiddly
I would recommend this lock if you do not want a key lock. It is probably the most secure combination lock on the market. Instructions for first use could be better but I managed it fairly easily. It sometimes fails to open when expected and requires a bit of fiddling with the dials but so far it has worked largely as expected.
