Q: Does anyone know if pine oil is in this balm?

Hey Ross--Doug here, the owner. We do use spruce essential oil in this scent.

Q: Is the dry oil the same as a beard balm?

This is a beard balm. The difference between a beard oil and a beard balm is that beard balm contains beeswax and often shea/cocoa butter. This product contains beeswax, shea butter and lanolin. The beeswax provides some hold, and the coconut oil, shea butter, and lanolin helps you apply it as well as moisturizing. The other ingredients, castor oil and essential oils are the same ingredients you would find in a beard oil. All balms will melt in your hands when you use them and then firm back up slightly once applied.

Q: what is the smell of it? is it like lemon or like what?

The Wisdom scent is a blend of spruce, cedar, and lemon. It is mostly a woodsy scent (think evergreen) but with a hint of lemon to make the scent a little brighter. If you order and are not pleased with the scent, we would be happy to refund your order for you. Thanks, Andy
