Lifelong insomniac here - this stuff works and has no next-morning grogginess. I found out about Apigenin through a neuroscientist who was being interviewed on a podcast and decided to try it and what a game changer! I always have it in my home now. Good stuff!

These are awesome for staying asleep! When you have to get up in the middle of the nightYou can go right back to sleep. I take 2 about 8 or 9 o’clock pm. Have ordered multiple times.

I believe this product assists with sleep.Although I haven’t taken it for long, I sense some improvement in my overall sleep.
