Good Field/Survival/Combat Knife
Pretty well made knife coming straight out of Austria. It’s very lightweight in the hands, and the sheath is very sturdy and keeps the blade locked in tight. The belt loop is also a welcome feature on this knife. It comes in a little bit of factory oil to preserve it but should come clean with a few wipes. I like the added saw blade on the spine of the knife which gives it more utility for different functions considering it is the standard issue field knife of not only the Austrian military but also several countries’ military and police forces such as India, Germany, Poland, South Korea, and Denmark to name a few. Really excellent knife for the cost as well!

These are military field knives, best suited to that purpose.
The Glock knives are as purpose built as the pistols. Extremely rugged with a stiletto profile optimized for soldiering tasks. Its a knife, a lightweight pry bar, a pokey thing, a probe, a crude root or notching saw. Its not a refined bushcraft knife. Very lightweight with a genius sheath and retention system. Slips right into MOLLE webbing. I prefer the 78 but either is an excellent multi-purpose field tool. Keep some oil on it.

Built like a tank
Good survival knife, it’s not a bushcraft knife but it is still a knife. It is really nice as a defensive knife nice length the carbon steel gets sharp, the saw it is sharp but not first choice for a saw, I prefer the thinner ones. The sheath is perfect light weight, sturdy, clip on or belt use. The retention is excellent and to deploy it you just put pressure with your thumb on the tab and it deploys the knife. It has a hole on the handle just remove the plug, can be used as a spear head if you need it to. The handle has enough traction, the handle polymer is really strong and it has a decent coating on the blade to protect it from rust. You can tie paracord around the sheath, glue some leather strip for touch ups, remove the cap on the handle and stick some items in there. Good for just throwing it inside your truck or backpack.

It’s a Glock - Maximum Utility!
You can never have too many blades. The Glock Field Knife is great for your outdoor/camping needs, etc. Very good value for the money. Highly Recommended.

great knife but cheap paint
the knife is sturdy sharp and great as a throwing knife but the paint of the blade chips off easy

Great value
Great value for a straight up tool, mine came literally as dull as a butter knife because the grind did not make a complete apex so I'll need to sharpen it myself.. but for the price I can see the value for a good chunk of steel, not a good camp knife but a great yard knife or of course a fighting knife.. mines just going to kill weeds and roots.

Everything I was hoping for
The knife was delivered today and I was impressed with it. The build quality is superb, the sheath locks up securely with the knife and the sheath is perfectly adequate and seems durable. The knife and sheath have a very slender design and very easy to carry on a belt, affix to a pack or stow in a pack.I like the way the handle feels in my hand. The only problem with the handle is that it may be difficult to maintain a good grip if it gets muddy or wet. The knife is solid and weighs less than half a pound so it is a great pack knife for capability and weight savings.Again, I really like this knife and I think it will make a great addition to my camping gear.I was so impressed with the first knife that I bought and recently received the second one. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of these knives. I recently touched up the edges on both and I was pleased with how well they sharpened. I would recommend a light coating of oil on the blade to prevent the exposed edge from developing rust, similar to K-bars. Other than that I would happily recommend this knife for camping and use around the house.
