Good quality feature fireplace that looks really good in my living room, found it relatively easy to assemble although the illustrations in the assembly instructions are a bit small, other than that put it all together in two hours on my own.one reviewer pointed out a burnt plug and socket after using the heater - well what do you expect using a cheap extension lead, it needs to be connected via a proper mains outlet as an extension can't carry the load, I've tested my heater and found no problem.This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Time consuming to build the unit but effect when fire is in place totally worth the effort! Excellent price and a lovely addition to the lounge area

The media could not be loaded. looks good, heats well, for the money im happy.Build:Other have said its difficult, I found it very simple, confusing but each part is numbered and you just follow the instruction and don't over thing think it, instructions are good and simple to understand, took me around an hour + maybe on my own.Its looks very nice and a great evening light, its lost 1 star as the "white" is very cheap looking, we did expect this and it will be painted but in my mind I would expect to re-paint or cover or something to add that bit of extra to the look.

The item was faulty when arrived, no holes for dowels and the wood was chipped in several places. Requested refund to be offered £15 and the £45 discount (appalling for the price paid). Two weeks later and I’m still fighting for my money back, the company reply once a day so you can’t have a proper conversation with them it takes about 10 days just to get anywhere. Still waiting for my refund. AVOID this company if you have a slight problem it’s not worse the hassle. Shop elsewhere. 0* if I could
