Missing screws and rawplugs
Product is fine but one pack was missing the screws, rawplugs and screw caps so we can’t put it up. How do we get a a pack of screws and rawplugs?

Not cleverly designed
These clips are difficult to use. The hooks should be parallel to the rail but they are not.have when hang the curtains. You have to turn towards the clips with applier one by one. Might be ok for hanging the washing because washing don't have to face a direction like curtains.

Stretches
Checked max weight, curtains weigh less that half than recommended weight, and it still stretched, changed curtains to even lighter ones, adjusted the tension and it still stretched/ slipped

Snapped!!
I bought this, only had it up a few days with a lightweight voil and it snapped. Sat work and it just pinged open and the wire itself had snapped!
