Not You It's Me (A Boston Love Story Book 1)

I would absolutely read this again. I need these kinds of stories to make my day. Gemma and Chase are so cute. I think Elevators should be a trope . I loved it.

"Ohmigod"!! What a read it was. I found myself running my eyes across pages. Laughing, frowning, gasping but still wanting more. Superbly written by Julie Johnson.You would surely come to terms that one can fall for someone if they are meant for each other. Can't wait to buy the next one in this series just to get more of Chase and Gemma.How hilarious and heart warming Gemma was, and how breath taking and caring Chase was. Even Chrissy, Shelby and Knox were so entertaining.

I went in this book totally expecting a usual romance but no right from the first few pages I was grinning like crazy... I definitely didn't expect this to make me laugh out loud... seriously Gemma is crazy yet you'll love her.. her ability to sputter rubbish especially in times of anxiety is insane and well CHASE OMG... He was perfect... his love for Gemma and the entire CHASE package....he made me swoon, sigh and definitely WANT to snatch him away from Gemma.... *sry babe*😀 😀...A beautiful hilarious romantic journey of finding love in, literally the most unexpected places and definitely unexpected times.. loved it 💖

I really enjoyed reading this book. It held me captive to its characters till the end and I do look forward to the next edition

This is a fun book to read. RomCom in its true sense. There are genuine lol moments and then there are a lot of intense moments. Everything is a perfect balance.

I have to say I was in two minds whether to read this and I'm not really sure why because I have enjoyed this author's bothered books ..but I did and wow I am so glad I did. Julie Johnson has just rocketed to the top as one of my favourite authors. I found myself so invested in the story,so many laugh out loud moments even in serious situations and chase wow just wow, he has to be one of my all time favourite book boyfriends!! I can't even pick out one thing I didn't like and not a mistake in sight either. I don't want to go into the ins and outs of the story as lots of people will already have done this,so all I will say is buy this book people,you won't regret it! I'm off to buy cross the line now and hopefully it's as good if not better than this book..gonna be tough to beat though. Oh one more thing,well done Julie Johnson,another fab book under your belt.

Just finished reading "Its me not you", and I just loved it. I started it this morning and I'm afraid no housework has been done today as I got sucked right in and just kept going. I love that feeling when you don't care what's going on because you are so into a fabulously told story that everything else can wait!!! This is the case with this hilariously written and yet wonderfully real accountant of Gemma and Chase meeting and falling in love despite themselves. Gemma is such a wonderfully independent straight talking heroine that you are fighting for her the whole way. She has spent her whole adult life avoiding emotional involvement with men until she meets Chase who just breaks through her defences before she know better. And by then it's too late. Her friends are hilarious too. They are what every girl needs in her life. Some honest, funny friends who really know you and are there for you no matter what. Always the sign of a good book when you have withdrawal when you've finished it!!! Might just have to have some chocolate cupcakes to keep me going!!!!

I picked this up as a freebie, with no expectations of getting beyond page 5. I was gripped from the second page. The descriptions and self deprecating humour was so entertaining, and the dialogue between Gemma and Chase raised this book to special. I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone who likes a funny, scary in places fairy tale. I stayed up to the wee small hours to finish it in one go.

First book I have read by this author and I did really enjoy it.Loved reading about Chase and Gemma.Fabulous start to the next book about also so can’t wait to get started on that next.Good book and highly recommended

Very satisfying story of love, adventure, revenge, friendship, attempted murder. You name it then it’s there but must of all love!
