ClearWater CWMF022 Filters Mist Samsung Aqua-Pure Plus DA29-00003G, DA29-00003B, DA29-00003A, HAFCU1 Refrigerator Water Filter Replacement

This is a routine annual water filter replacement for my Samsung refrigerator. I purchase this ClearWater CWMF022 water filter to replace my Samsung Aqua-Pure Plus DA29-00003G . But this ClearWater filter does not fit. It can slide into the open slot. But it cannot turn to tighten and lock it in position. Last year, I had purchased the AquaCrest DA29-00003G and it fit right in with no problem. I compare the two filters and find the arch on the locking knob for ClearWater is not shaped correctly. It is a little bigger than the AquaCrest product. It prevents the filter to turn and tighten. The bad thing is the return policy does not allow me to return it.

This water filter seems to be the same size and fit as the previous one I replaced and was installed with no issues. Just make sure you let the filter run out at least 3 gallons before you start drinking the water as per instructions.After a week of use the water quality is great . No funny taste or smells and the water is crystal clear.

The Aqua-Pure Plus filters for my Samsung refrigerator are great, less expensive replacements for the Samsung filters. We used a different non-Samsung filter in the past and had leak after leak, that caused water to build up in the storage bins. After the most recent failure of that other non-Samsung filter, we decided to try the Aqua-Pure Plus filter and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this filter!

It absolutely DOES NOT fit a Samsung DA29-00003G. And, it cannot be returned. There is nothing more frustrating than this. Lesson learned, go with the Sentinal replacement.

Purchased to replace our original Samsung filter, which would have cost at least 5x more. We you cannot tell difference between the filters, as far as water quality – taste. A great replacement at a fraction of the price.

nope not for me Samsung fridge. into the trash it goes and its made in china for all we know it probably adds crazy chemicals or worse it does not even filter our toxic city water. i do not recommend this product.

Ok so I gave this 4 stars for being affordable considering the OEM filters cost about $50. Also for great customer service and responsiveness. I was replacing the DA29 00003F filter. This filter did not fit. I reached out to let them know and they explained that this busily doesn't happen and would give me a full refund. After giving me a refund they also let me know how I could make this fit. They said to cut the two smallest teeth (part of the locking mechanism), however, I cut just a tiny bit off of the bottom corners of the largest teeth and it fit. I would of given 5 stars had I not have to hack the filter but I would be willing to make the purchase again seeing how easy it was to make fit and because of the great pricing. Not to mention that the water tastes great!

No problem installing. Unlike most of the other highly rated filters sold for almost the same price, this one actually filters out all the stuff that the Original filter does. The others are not equivalent.
