Stopped my hand cramps
I have suffered from continuous cramps in my left hand for nearly 8 months. I had surgery to correct cubital tunnel and carpal tunnel but the problem persisted. I don't think it was stress related, however, within a few days of taking Alpranax the hand cramps completely stopped. I only take 1 a day and it works perfectly

Most helpful product I found so far
I've been on several different medications for depression and anxiety and wanted to step away from medications. This product has given me the same results that medications have in the past and is more affordable and healthier for me. I've been using this product for going on a year now and am extremely satisfied with the results.

Get for Great Night Sleep
Have been using this product in conjunction with Avinol PM for some time. It really works better than any other over-the-counter product I have tried. With it, I get sound deep sleep. I highly recommend this combination.

Very good product that works.
I have restless leg syndrome and I get an edgy feeling all over sometimes. The Alpranax helps get rid of that feeling. I'm very satisfied with this product. There is really nothing I don't like about it. I also use it for nerve damage from a scar on my back. Its the only thing that gives me relief.

I guess it's not for me....
Unfortunately this product was not helpful for my husband or myself regarding our sleep concerns. We used this as a companion to the Avinol PM as recommended, but did not get the results described.

Great for helping me focus with ADHD
I have ADHD and this really helps me focus. I wish it were less expensive but it s still worth for for me to purchase every so often. This works great for me but makes my boyfriend not feel good psychologically, so try it for a day or two and then check in with yourself. It has St. John's Wort so don't take if you're on anti-depressants. I will be purchasing this again.
