Works are promised. I would suggest to size down. I wear a medium in tops; however, this sauna top was too loose, specially around the arms and I don’t have thin arms.Keep in mind you don’t actually loose fat with this sauna top, it’s all water weight and it’s a temporary effect but I wear it every day so I’m okay with that. Helps sweat them toxins out.

I purchased this sauna suit to wear when I exercise with my new MaxiClimber. It makes me perspire a lot and that's a good thing! This is recommended by my body contouring esthetician. Wearing this sauna suit is much more convenient than using clingwrap to induce more perspiration. The design of this sauna suit with short sleeves and full high back makes it even better than clingwrap with the additional coverage.The material is very stretchy, so the fit is good. It's a bit too long for my torso since I am only 5' 1". Thus, it can fit tall people or people with long torso well.The zipper is made of strong plastic. It seems pretty sturdy. It's easy to open and close. I like that there is a clasp at the top for complete closure.

Really liked it & it works but it does rid up. I don’t know if it was because of the workout shorts nylon & spandex material I was wearing or because I’m petite but it was kind of annoying pulling it down while running. But over all, it did work, I sweated a lot!

It does what it’s supposed to not too tight on my arms. However I normal wear a large but I got an xl because other reviews said it ran small it does NOT. Get your size no need to size up. Very loose around my waist because of this only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

The shipping came quickly. I got the xlarge size. I'm weighing at 215. Good for working out. I was able to lose water weight and sweat it out to keep it off. You can wear it as an outfit. I Thought I couldn't fit the Sauna Suit at first but it was a great fit. The zipper works perfectly to trained your waist. I would definitely get this sauna shirt if your trying to meet your weight loss goals.

I have several of these vests/belts, all different brands. This one works great! I sweat like crazy with it. I ordered the medium because I wanted a snug, not loose fit. It fit perfectly. For reference, I’m 5’2 and weigh 143 pounds. Definitely recommend!

I have two of these to alternate out because they work so well. I’ve never sweat this much before with any sort of sauna suit or waist belt however it rolls up quite a bit (see pic). I have a short torso so I can only imagine what would happen with someone whose is longer. I did find a workaround though! If you wear this to workout and then add a waist trainer to secure it then you get the best of both worlds and can sweat while it stays in place!

Very comfy, love that it covers my arms so when I take it off my whole back and arms sweat not just the belly, so far loved
