One can sum up the book in two pages. I request the writer to write in easy to understand and easy to apply in real life way

In questo libro Pavel spiega un'ottima propedeutica per imparare il pistola squat e il one hand push up (piegamenti o flessioni a una mano) e numerose varianti di questi 2 esercizi. Trovo che sia molto importante per allenarsi senza attrezzatura, ovviamente è solo in inglese

Clear concise, great other way to communicate concepts with clients
It was an easy read for me, i don’t usually finish kindle books because I prefer holding a physical book. Great read, will definitely re-read, great reference and helps me communicate better my ideas and motivates me to keep improving my coaching.

Basico para perfeccionar tecnica y desarrollo de fuerza
Dentro del libro hay opiniones sobre como las técnicas de Pavel los hace aumentar sus repeticiones. La verdad es que no es mi caso, al aplicar sus técnicas la calidad de mis ejercicios mejoró y tengo mejores resultados con menos repeticiones. Es un básico no sólo para "naked warriors" sino también para aquellos interesados en el entrenamiento de fuerza
