My Boston Terrier had the awful diarrhea after his neuter surgery for a week. Finally ordered these and after only 2 doses, both of us finally got a good night sleep without having to get up every hour to go out! He loved the flavor also and had no problem eating them. Great product!

My dog had a bad reaction to some medications and the diarrhea hung on for a lot longer than it should have. Bought these tablets and they worked really well. I only gave him a quarter tablet twice a day which is a lower dose than recommend. It still worked. He now has normal bowel movements. I gave him the chews for 4 days.

Our dog got into something he shouldn’t and really had stomach troubles. This stopped it almost immediately. He seems to like the taste of the tablets and happily ate them. I bought this again just to keep on hand for next time.

I foster dogs so deal with all kinds of tummy issues. I had a nursing mom who poor thing couldn't shake the diarrhea. I tried various probiotics and binders and it wasn't getting much better. I tried this for 2 days and noticeable improvements. It's not as firm as I'd like but i can finally pick it up without having to rinse down the grass after. I also had a puppy who had perfect poops which if you've had puppies know that's a miracle. Anyhow 1 day before going to be spayed all of a sudden it was a liquid mess. This said dogs/puppies so I gave it a shot. She was small but gave her few smaller portions of the pill and it was gone overnight so she didn't go into surgery with an upset tummy. Only giving 4 star because i think it's a little pricey for what you get. I did order a 2nd box because like i said it works and I need to have it available for the next needy pup.

This stopped the runs in my senior Catahoula. He got ahold of something outside and he got a case of diarrhea. No fever, no vomiting, still was active but he was having diarrhea. I got these and it did the trick, no more diarrhea. So, happy with product.

This is basically a clay tablet (bentonite) so it's kind of like kaopectate for people. It helps firm things up, but may not prevent diarrhea if there's an underlying problem like an illness or parasite. I've liked it before, so I ordered it again. A box from one year ago lists 20,000 mg of active ingredient, which sounds about right...two thirds of an ounce of clay. That matches what's still on the photo of the box on the Amazon product page. The box I got the other day lists 100 mg of the same active ingredient, so only half a percent of what they claimed a year ago. Things just aren't adding up here. The front of both boxes says these are 5 g tablets...so 100 mg of active ingredient means there's 98% filler, which seems pretty high, because bentonite clay itself is basically a filler for a bunch of products. On the other hand, a 20,000 mg dose of active ingredient means a 20 g tablet, which doesn't fit with the 5 g tablet size listed on the front of the box. Three days later, no one has responded to my email to the info-at-tevrabrands address shown on the box pointing out these inconsistencies. Neither package really makes sense, which makes you question the overall product quality and reputation of the company. Trying to pursue a refund from them because I don't really want to give my dog something I know is sketchy. She snatches scraps out of the garbage in the alley and is fine, but I'd rather not create a new problem.

I have bought this a few times when my dog Walter had the runs. Does it work? Yes, very well. It pretty much stops it with the first dose. HOWEVER....you only get 6 chewables, insanely individually wrapped by the way, for $16, thats more that $2 each. In contrast you can pick up other brands that have pectin in them, with a 60 count for $30 making it just .50 a chew. So...if you think you will only need 6 and your dog hardly ever gets the runs, go for it. BUT if your dog eats all kinds of crap and gets the squirts once a month, check out other brands that have pectin, they all work the same.
