After trying every orthopedic pill I ever made...this simple water filled one works. Stays put. Supports yet gives. Adjustable with how much water you put in it. Lacked instructions , but figured it out. Some sorts of powder bags came with it, put some in t h e water, not sure what they are.After 4 months pillow started to leak. Seller did nothing. Beware ...NO Warrenty on this leaky pillow.

I had one of these as a child. Makes a great unique gift for tweens, and teens. Wipes clean unlike a regular pillow. Get one you won't regret the buy. Shipping does take a minute but worth the wait. They last for years!

This pillow is filled with water and so it is HEAVY! I half filled mine so that I could use it on top of a regular pillow.The closure seals the water in securely... you won’t have leaks.

Like that it is small and easy to use with the small of my back. I should have gotten one of these earlier. The last road trip was so much fun and my back didn't give me grief.

I had one before from another seller and it looked just like this one. Stayed cold all night long and was even still cool the next day. I needed it at night because my face would get hot (over 50 female) Sometimes i would lay my cheek on it and sometimes just lay my arm across it to cool me down. Got on bioidentical hormones so don’t need it anymore but it was nice to have. I filled mine about 2/3 full. I reccommend if you get hot at night in bed.
