Nice product. It is easy to use. We can carry it anywhere bevause of its size. It really give us relief in pain. We can add water if we feel it is low. Overall a good product in this price range.Happy to use it.

I do use it yes but it's a typical "chinese" made product... if I could find a better made product I would buy it but this one is usable, does it's job and of course is pretty cheap. been using it for few months now ...

It was too good in the start but it's been 2 or 3 or 4 months i don't remember, it lost its heating capacity i guess... though I would like to say I'm satisfied for having it work nicely for these many months for this price.. It's still working but Sooo not as effective idk if it's the product's fault or the extreme winters are causing this... Also i always wanted to know what liquid is inside it, water or some chemical or something else??! idk.. someone tell me

So happy to find this. Great help in periods and in winters. Easy to use and doesn't take long to heat. Cover with towel and can sleep peacefully

Dont waste your money. Fabric is slippery and retains too much heat, overheated! Find something else. I had a great one from this co last year but they are only ment for one season which is very wasteful to the environment,

good product to get rid of Pain but you have to fill water from your side, useful product
