Best purchase ever
This journal has really helped my young Niece who has special needs and suffers with her mental health express how she really feels, it helps her understand and she gets satisfaction from having done it. It's so easy for her to understand too. Also a great help for those worried parents/carers!

A bit repetitive, but my child likes filling it in
The pages are a bit repetitive, but my child enjoys filling it in every day. They are enjoying colouring all the pictures and customising it to make it their own, but this is more for younger kids

Brilliant for kids
8 year old uses this to help process thoughts and feelings and remember good things in her day. I wasn't sure how she'd like it but she has taken to it. Lots of space to write things down and space to joural and doodle.

Amazing to help children download their thoughts
Brilliant product our daughter struggles to express her emotions and lets them build up, we purchased this and now each day when she gets in from school she completes it which helps her offload any feelings from her head positive and negative also allows her to think of situations that have happened during the day and evaluate them out of the direct scenario we have definitely seen a change in her,

I bought this for my 4 year old to start working on journaling. We do it together a few days a week. It is great for her to access, as the questions are interesting for her, but also there is a lot of stuff she can colour in it as well.

Bought 2 of these. One for my granddaughter who is 10 and just lost her great grandmother and also has a dad not much in her life. She started writing in it as soon as she got it so that's a plus. The other is a Christmas present for my niece who is having a difficult time with finding out about her parents divorce.
