I ordered this sign for our wedding and it was PERFECT. It is SUPER bright, even when it’s on its dimmest setting, but it looks so good. We decided to keep it as decoration so we have it as a light in our office.

Very cute sign and well made, not sure how the dimmer works but I enjoy the brightness of it especially since it is a warm white. Decent size for the price, forgot to check the dimensions before buying and it was a bit smaller than I was expecting but still very pleased with the size of it for the price. Very excited to use this at our wedding!

I recently got engaged and bought this for me and my new husband, it’s is so beautiful! I’m really happy with the quality of the materials and it has a dimmer switch with 3 settings which I love. The only complaint I have is that there are 2 parts to the sign but only 1 set of chain hardware to hang it with. We ended up mounting it directly to the wall instead, which looks really good, but for anybody hoping to use the chain, you may find that there isn’t enough hardware to hang it up that way.

While the light up element of the sign is as pictured, the hanging chain is just that. A heavy thick, very noticable chain. It also doesn't say that each word operates on its own, meaning everytime you go to turn it on it's two separate switches. The "on" button also gives off its own strong light, which is fairly annoying considering I bought the light in red and now have two bright blue indicator lights hanging off of it.

The first time I ordered this product was for a valentines gift for my boyfriend. Unfortunately I did not open and check it before handing him the box, lo and behold the LED strip was lifting off the sign. I was able to send it back and get it replaced, and was happy with it for a while. We hung it in our bedroom and turn it on about 1-2 times a week for maybe 30 minutes or so. Yesterday, I went to turn it on and nothing happened. My boyfriend (who was a general contractor and is very handy) tried to figure out what was wrong with it today. After simply unplugging it and plugging back in, the sign flashed for 1/2 of a second but will not turn on. There was nothing else on in the room and there was no electrical problem (such as with the breaker) that would’ve caused this from what we can tell. Seems like the sign is just dead. Extremely disappointed given the price, and how much we did love it. It fit in with my gothic, hopeless romantic decor style. But it will have to come down now and I guess the money is just a loss I have to live with.Edit: My boyfriend was able to “fix” the issue with the light. The dimmer switch, which was a selling point of the product, had gotten incredibly hot when I was trying to turn the light on. He was able to remove that part from the cord and reattach the light directly to the cord and it seems to be working for now. We just don’t have the capability to use the light in any different modes or brightness level other than just bright. So if you’re buying this light because of the dimmer capability, I would proceed with caution. Also be aware of the potential for electrical fire. Im glad my boyfriend was able to locate the problem and remove it before anything happened.

I would give this zero stars if I could. It is on the smaller size for the price. It is Missing the power cord. Can’t even use it. STAY AWAY . I needed this for my business and it arrived in time but missing pieces so isn’t really useful at all. Complete disappointment.

This sign is great! I love the look of neon without the noise and big transformer. I had no trouble mounting the light with the provided hardware. It's really not that heavy so you could probably get away with using some command strips.
