![Inglourious Basterds - 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital [4K UHD]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71WjOpXmr7L.jpg)

Brad Pitt takes no prisoners in Quentin Tarantino's high-octane WWII revenge fantasy Inglourious Basterds. As war rages in Europe, a Nazi-scalping squad of American soldiers, known to their enemy as "The Basterds," is on a daring mission to take down the leaders of the Third Reich. Review: Great picture quality, awesome movie! - One of my favorite movies! I have a 4K tv and a Blu-Ray dvd player. Now I just need a 4K player, and I’ll be set. I can’t believe the picture will be even better in 4K - I grew up long before HDTV. Review: Bonjoorno - A movie that has grown on me over subsequent rewatches... it truly shines in glorious 4K. I caught small details not noticeable in prior iterations I own. Great movie and transfer.

The memes are worth it!
Way better movie than I thought! I saw the German guy from Instagram in posts like “my son getting trouble for the WWII paper *I wrote it*” I thought this film would suck and had low expectations but this is one of the best films ever. It obviously copy’s the hood the bad and the ugly with the music and opening scene but is amazing must watch!

Stunning 4K Picture, Solid Audio – A Must-Have for Tarantino Fans
As a fan of Tarantino’s work and a home theater enthusiast, I recently picked up the Inglourious Basterds 4K UHD disc, and it delivers an excellent viewing experience—though with a few caveats. Video Quality: The 4K resolution really shines. Every frame is sharp and detailed, from wide shots of battlefields to close-ups of character expressions. The HDR implementation adds striking contrast, deep blacks, and vibrant colors that make the cinematography pop in ways that streaming or 1080p Blu-ray simply can’t match. Textures, costumes, and period details all look phenomenal, and the higher bitrate of the 4K disc keeps the image clean with virtually no compression artifacts. Audio Quality: The disc comes with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, which is lossless and sounds excellent. Dialogue is clear, and the surround mix does a great job of immersing you in the action. Explosions, gunfire, and ambient effects are precise and well-placed. That said, unlike some newer 4K releases with Dolby Atmos or DTS:X, there’s no height channel or object-based audio. On a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos system, this means you won’t get the “overhead” immersive effect that newer discs offer. For purists and those who value the original mix, this is actually a positive, as the soundtrack preserves the theatrical intent. Pros: •Superb 4K image quality with HDR •Lossless DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio for clean, precise sound •Preserves the original theatrical audio mix •Excellent detail in costumes, sets, and cinematography Cons: • As a fan of Tarantino’s work and a home theater enthusiast, I recently picked up the Inglourious Basterds 4K UHD disc, and it delivers an excellent viewing experience—though with a few caveats. While it doesn’t feature immersive height channels, the 5.1 DTS-HD MA track is still extremely satisfying and preserves Tarantino’s original sound design. Overall, a great addition for fans and home theater enthusiasts alike. No Dolby Atmos or DTS:X for full 3D immersive sound •5.1 audio may feel “flat” compared to more modern object-based mixes on top-end systems. Note: I critically listen to 4k disc at 0.0db, reference level, and save five stars for Demo-Worthy discs which allow you to flex your system. Thank you for reading this and I hope it has been helpful!

Great movie, great grading
Of course, amazing movie, all Tarantino films are. But what I really wanna touch on was the color grading, OMG is it freakn amazing. Unfortunately I have a pretty messed non calibrated screen so I'm always running into problems with HDR movies as many styles of color grading don't look good on poorly calibrated screens, but man o man, even on my terrible screen this movie looks AMAZING. The graders pushed this so well to make it pop in HDR, colors are vibrant yet not overly, nice punchy contrast with light sources coming off sooo realistic. Not sure if it's an upscale, but either way very sharp, not much noise, just overall beautiful.

Loved it!!
I very different war movie. I have a huge war movie collection, and this one is really unique. A lot of very dark humor, but it is well done. Brad Pitt does a great job, and he does great movies of this type, "Fury" is one. Recommended. I have the 4K and it looks great through my system, (better then streaming)
