Pretty generic. But they are full-sized and designed for the r3 Arduino Mega with the extra pins supported. I like the fact that everything is labeled and the 2-row digital I/O connector is supported.

I am prototyping / wire-wrapping an interface board for an Arduino Mega 2560 project. I needed a larger Vector Electronics Proto board (4" x 6") in order to hold all of the electronics. A standard Mega project board would not work. I then found out they Arduino offset connector J8 (PWM) by 0.050" (cheap trick to make you buy Mega proto boards of the same form-factor). I looked at a lot of boards that would transition from 0.100" to the 0.050" offset and found this one. Perfect for what I needed. Works great. Once I am sure it works I am going to lay out a board with the exact footprint.

Look close at the board, once I went to build the board I noticed there were no bus or common strips, either you connect everything via solder blobs or wire wrap everything... just a poor design - I'd look else where...
