As a runner, I get really tight muscles. Especially in my feet and legs. These make a huge difference. I love to use the spikey ones on particularly tight spots. They've been really helpful for trigger spots.

I actually ended up using two of the three balls. The larger smooth ball is not all that effective for plantar fasciitis to get a deep massage in the heel. The smaller nubbed ball is my favorite; Great for rolling n getting deep into the fascia. The spiky ball is really good but can be overdone if foot bed is very sensitive.

I loved all of these. They made a big difference! The spike ball was a little too sharp but the rest were perfect. I kept the bumpy ball in my desk at work and the rest at home. I loved the cylinder the best. The plantar fasciitis went away but I’m keeping all these because they are good massage for tired feet especially if you go to an amusement park.

It's amazing what a couple minutes of use on each foot does. I use it with my thick slipper socks on and it feels so divine. My feet feel so much better.

I can not think of a better way to enjoy getting vital minerals and vitamins into our bodies each day!

I would have preferred it be a little flexible...a little rubbery.

Should have read more thoroughly. The pictured balls are not what is received. In reality the largest ball is the smooth one and it is a little smaller than a baseball. I was expecting a softball size spike ball to use, like the ones pictured.
