I personally like the softer one but both firmnesses are still way ...
We ordered both the softer and firmer, one of each, king size. The pillows come shipped in a vacuum bag and they give you instructions on how to "fluff" them up; mine did not need it--after five minutes they were fully expanded on their own. I was worried that there might be a plasticy smell with the pillows packaged so air-tight; Nope, their is no smell at all. The first think I noticed about these is that these are biiigggg pillows. They are every bit of king size, no skimping. I personally like the softer one but both firmnesses are still way better than any other pillow I've used before. I bought some expensive pillows from Ikea earlier in the year but they still were not very comfortable. With these CozyCloud pillows, I have finally found a product that doesn't give me a stiff neck or cause me to toss and turn. Give these pillows a try, I think you will find them as great as I have.

STOP LOOKING - YOU'VE FOUND the PERFECT pillow!
I did A LOT of research and read TONS of reviews on pillows before I decided to buy the CozyCloud Deluxe because I was fed up with neck and upper back pain, as well as frequent and often debilitating headaches upon waking from a night's sleep. I'm primarily a side sleeper but I'm trying DESPERATELY to train myself to sleep on my back a lot more. Like most people, I own several kinds of pillows, all in a futile search for the perfect pillow. Mostly, I was just looking for a pillow that didn't feel like 2x4's wrapped in cotton 🙄. I decided on this pillow because the reviews of the actual pillow were excellent and the reviews of this company were absolutely stellar. I decided I was willing to spend the money for a great pillow and cover (sold separately on Amazon) to see if it would work for me. After reading EVERY SINGLE REVIEW on both SOFT and FIRM, I ordered the QUEEN - SOFT.I followed the instructions on how to fluff and air the pillow but honestly, I was so excited to use it that I slept on it the night it arrived ; / I woke up the next morning KNOWING that this was the wisest money I had ever spent!! Even so, I wanted to give it some more time. After using it for 6 weeks and washing the cover several times, I can honestly say that the feeling still holds true : ) Incidentally, I haven't had anything but fabulous dreams since I started sleeping on this pillow. My favorite dream was where my NBA team beat the ever-loving stink out of our most hated rival AND IT CAME TRUE!!!! Coincidence? I think not! I extol the blessed qualities of this pillow every chance I get including to friends, family and even my twitter followers, as I noticed a few of them struggling in the search for the perfect pillow. I'd recommend it
We started out with the Firm model. This was a little too much pillow, even for me sleeping on my side. So we did the exchange process, which was very simple, and they shipped me out the softer version. So far, I like this pillow. It's hard to give it that "great" rating, partially because it has to be extremely good to get that kind of rating from me, but I do like it. My only complaint would be that the pillow doesn't hold a pillow shape, so each morning I have to beat it up to get it to fill back out the pillow case and look like a pillow again. It has a tendency to form in whatever way you manipulate it throughout the night. It never leaves you flat, or unsupported, but it won't necessarily look like a pillow in the morning if you do any kind of tossing and turning, or for the king size, slide it down and wrap your arms around it. All together it's a good pillow and I'd recommend it to others. We'll see as time passes how long it lasts, but for now, I'm happy.

Replaced the My PIllow with Cozy Cloud
I bought this pillow to replace the My Pillow I was using. So glad I did. The My Pillow was a lumpy mess and I never could get it adjusted for my head. This pillow came as described and I put it in the dryer for 20 minutes as directed and it fluffed right up. I am now sleeping so much better and my neck seems fully aligned. I am a side-sleeper and am going though some night sweats but I just need to flip this pillow when I get hot and go right back to sleep. I do have trouble with my cat taking over the pillow because it's so comfortable. Thanks for the good night's sleep I've been missing.

Worth every penny
The short review: It's a great pillow, that has done wonders for me. It's very comfortable and still works great after a few months of use. Definitely worth the price, especially since it has a 10 year warranty that comes with it. It also arrived quickly and was just as advertised. Make sure you follow the directions that come with it.Tips- Hand-fluff your pillow EVERY night for the best pain relief results. Also, occasionally "recharge" the pillow by throwing it in the dryer for 20 minutes.Longer review: I was injured in an auto accident a couple of years ago, since then I've suffered shoulder & neck pain, along with tension headaches and migraines. I have bought several pillows that only brought minimal and very temporary relief for my neck & head pain. I ordered this pillow a few months ago and have waited to review it until now. I love this pillow, it has given me much better nights of sleep. It got rid of most of my nighttime neck pain, it also helped to mostly get rid of the tension headaches that I was waking up with most mornings. For that alone I give it 5 stars. I have not come across another pillow that has been able to do this for me. I've also found that sometimes when I have neck pain during the day, if I lay down with my head on this pillow for 15-20 minutes it sometimes gets rid of it. Best pillow ever! I got the softer version of the pillow which seems to be the best one for my personal neck and head issues.
