Jica-What?! The first and ONLY chips made from Jicama. This root vegetable, native to Mexico, has a slightly sweet taste like a cross between an apple and potato. Jicama is incredibly high in fiber, has 1/2 the carbs of a potato, and is a natural source of prebiotic fiber (inulin). We take Jicama Slices, Bake them, and season them with Olive Oil, and gourmet spices. That's it! An amazingly tasty and healthy alternative to potato chips!

A perfect snack
These chips were a revelation...very tasty and just what the doctor ordered! If you're a snacker, these chips, and the other JicaChips I've tried, are perfect. Filling, lo-cal, good fiber, and low fat -- and they've got sweet or savory offerings (I like both). It's great to see them available on Amazon.
