Retractable function is a bit faulty.
Most of this item is fine, however due to friction between the large number of cables coming out the bottom of this tap the retractable function is hindered from working correctly.I will add an additional weight to see if that helps.

There’s no installation guide
Product comes with no guide for installation. I’ve been googling online for HD-523 model. Even the company that made it doesn’t list this item anymore. This is disappointing.I’m email product company and I’m hoping the seller contacts me with directions or this product is pointless.They might have sold me a used item that didn’t have the manual. I’m very disappointed.

Must not designed by lumber!!
This product was obviously not designed by a plumber. Under sink small spaces and then trying to get it all sorted while under much better faucet out there won't used again...
