what is the best way to balance a cooking pot or kettle on this?

You’d need a cooking/ camping tripod to suspend the pot over the fire.

Can you get a replacement mesh as mine has a hole in it after one use!!!!!

I’ve thrown the box away so l don’t know, but I have used this many times and it’s still going strong.

Are the seats in photo also available ?

Yes the fire pit legs come as it is in the picture. Everything folds back and stays in the little pouch. It is very light also.

Great Firepit

Love the firepit. Saves the ground. Think everyone should buy one if you like a campfire. They are very handy, and very easy to build. Will have a fire going within 10/15mins and once your fire has a heart the heat output is great. It is also easy to clean and pack away till the next time

Tricky to put together

The media could not be loaded. Wasn't sure about the rating but think when iv practised putting it together it'll be fine. Think it'll be a great wee fire pit . Feels flimsy at first. I'll upload a video once I use it

Impressive for something that fits into such a small bag.

When this arrived I took it out of the box and felt extremely dubious. It packs away into a tiny bag, it could easily be used for backpacker camping. It did take some staring hard at the instructions and working out which way round things went the first time I put it up, but after you've done it once it's really simple. Obviously it doesn't produce a massive fire pit, nonetheless all the usual rules and common sense around open fires should be followed. If you're burning wood the ash doesn't build up in it too much, so you can keep the fire going for quite a while. If you're wanting to toast marshmallows or anything be careful - if they fall off and land on it it's not easy to clean off the burnt on sugar. I think this is incredibly good value for money - it's just a nice focal point for an evening outside and keeps the chill off.

Compact, sturdy and fantastic value

Bought this my a night away with my boyfriend for his birthday. The fire was easy to set up and was really sturdy and felt safe. Really impressed with how compact it is and it goes back into the small carry case easily after use too. Would highly recommend

Fiddly and flimsy

It’s cheap so I didn’t expect very much. However it is quicker to put up and take down my tent than it is to build and put this away. Returned sadly as I had hoped it would be quicker to use.
