Love these! High quality! I use them with stoneware clay! Might order a 2nd set to keep with my water mixable oils. If your on the fence the wood handles are quality. The stainless steel pallete knife portion are perfect! Love the variety! A little suggestion: Just be sure to wash with mild soap and dry with a towel immediately to keep handles and stainless steel in perfect condition. Do not put in a plastic bag while drying otherwise might become moldy. Air dry if you can after using a towel.

So many interesting shapes ! Although I ordered these for a class in palette knife painting (I already had a set of standard palette knives), but I am going to take some to pottery for incising pots and trimming the rims of pots. For painting, I really like the ones that look like a bunch of little toes! They seem quite sturdy and are a great bargain.

Super cool tools. I use these with acrylic paints and they are awesome. Edges are clean and smooth....not jagged or rough. They were bigger than I thought they would be, but that's ok. Great price for a lot of tools

I am excited to use the palette knives with oils--I've used them with acrylics and they are fun to use...the shapes make interesting marks on the canvas.The quality seems good and durable. The stainless steel knife portions are thin enough to bend and smear and scrape effectively.

I actually didn't know that I "needed" these until I saw them during one of my searches on Amazon. They were certainly priced such that they didn't feel like a splurge but they sure seem "splurge-worthy" now that I have them. They are so much fun to use--although, I admit that I've only used them on one painting so far. They seem really sturdy. I cleaned them up after using them and they look good as new. I'm looking forward to playing around with the different shapes.

These Stainless Steel Palette Knives are incredible. I have used only one of them, and I can see how infinite the possibilities to create designs in paintings and you name it. I love the creative choices it offers. Also, thanks to Amazon for the quick/prompt shipping.

These are great for special effects but the steel is extremely thin and it bends too easily. I put them in my Creative Mark palette knife case, which these are based on, and two of them bent just closing the case.

Works great at creating texture on paintings. No cons yet, will update if anything changes.Edit:Some of the brushes are a little flimsy and i feel i cant apply too much pressure for fear of breaking it. This is while using sculpting paste however. Regular paint should have no issues. I have used this in regular painting and it worked wonderful. Particularly for making a painting of a feather it allows you to give it great detail.
