I’ve been using only pink Himalayan salt for around 10 years and I do a lot of cooking. This tastes nothing like the others I’ve had over the years and tastes distinctly like refined white salt - I suspect it could have been dyed in processing. There is no way of telling for sure, but I have learned my lesson and would recommend avoiding wasting money on this product. It’s got an awful taste and I don’t trust it’s authenticity or even safety - it will be going straight into the bin.
