Very useful when boiling multiple things in a sequence. For example, I boil a batch of cauliflower, then scoop them up and move to a colander. Then I use the same pot of water to boil a bunch of broccoli florets, scoop them up and to another colander. Then I can pile eggs on it and slowly submerge it to the boiling water so it doesn't drop and crack. This large perforated scoop makes it easy to scoop up a lot of small pieces all at once, or at most twice without draining the whole pot. It is rather large, so double check the size. It also does not have a hole on the handle for hanging up. It's a bit top heavy and tends to fall out of my utensil holder, but I cannot imagine cooking without this anymore. Dishwasher proof, too!

しっかりしていて使いやすい。置き場には困ってる。

普通のザルは、網目の間の汚れがなかなか洗いにくいのですよね。でもこの商品はステン板にパンチングで穴が明いている為、汚れが取れやすくて、その部分が◎です。ただし、少々お値段が高めかな?でも、一生物かと?考えれば妥協できます。後、もう少しザルの部分が深さが有ると私のベストかな?仕上げ品質は使い心地は全く問題なしで、お勧めできますよ。
