I have been taking the supplements since Feb of '25. I have seen a noticeable difference with my nails and especially my hair.I have been growing my hair out for about 3 years. I was having issues of my hair coming out in clumps while taking a shower, even though I was taking extra care. It seemed like nothing I was doing was working until I decided to give these supplements a try. It took a month or so in order to notice a change. As time went on, it became more noticeable, especially with how my hair was looking: fuller, manageable, and, most importantly, significant reduction of hair loss.

This product does keep the hair I got from falling out. I also take Biotin. I would like to take NutraFall but it’s too pricey for me. I like this product for what it does. My nails are so hard. and I’ve got to file them, which I dread. I know it works on my nails, because my index finger on my right hand after smashing it on a car door, it would never grow, but boy it does now. My nails are super hard!

Great Supplement

I've gone through an entire bottle and am now on my second. These pills are well-made, easy to swallow, and the amount is an INCREDIBLE value for money. I haven't found a better deal anywhere. I've also noted the cuticles on my nails have gotten healthier. But I bought them for hair results and haven't seen any changes in that department. So if you're looking for this product to help hair health, it's less clear.

This is working - I think. My hair and nails are just a mess. Hair was falling out in fistfuls! Nails are getting vertical ridges and breaking and splitting. After using this and a Biotin shampoo, my hair loss has slowed way down. So far not noticing much change in my nails, but it has only been about a month, so I expect that to take some time. I am also using a nail repair bond building serum, so fingers crossed! I am pleasantly surprised that this seems to be helping so quickly with my hair. They are, however, VERY large and a bit tough to swallow, so if you have trouble swallowing capsules, you may not want this brand.

I've been taking Keratin for a few months, and have definitely noticed an improvement in the thickness and body of my hair. As I have gotten older my hair had started to thin out, so I decided to do something about it. This product has helped the appearance and manageability of my hair.

I am not sure the item is helping me any

I bought this supplement for my 85-year-old mom, whose hair had become extremely thin and fragile. After just a month of taking it, her hair has noticeably grown longer and thicker. We had previously tried biotin, sprays, and creams, but none of them made a difference. Even my husband, who didn’t know she was taking anything, commented on how much healthier her hair looked.
