Smooth with good non slip bottoms, perfect for handstands! My former gymnast loves them

These are a great addition to my workout bag. The blocks have slip resistant dots placed on the bottom that help with stability. They are comfortable almost soft feeling but they're sturdy. I use them for calisthenics but they can also be used to practice yoga or anything balance really. And they fit perfectly in the hands when you need to grasp the edges and have solid placement.

I BOUGHT THESE BLOCKS FOR MY DUAGHTER AND HAD A BIT OF A DELAY CALLED THE AMAZON COMPANY AND EVENTUALLY AFTER 3 WEEKS HAD GOTTEN THE HANDSTAND BLOCKS. THE BLOCKS ARE PRETTY BIG FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I WOULD RECOMEND FOR 13 OR HIGHER. SHE TENDS TO NOT USE THEM AS SHE SAYS THEY ARE BIG AND WOULD PREFERR DOING HANDSTANDS ON THE GROUND INSTEAD. HAS BECOME VERY GOOD AT HANDSTANDS AND CAN HOLD FOR A LONG TIME. I HOPE THIS HELPED YOU!

I like that there are grippies on the bottom, the floor at my circus school can be slick. I like the overall size for me, as a larger person in general. They're a little taller than other blocks, but that isn't causing me any issues and I've gotten used to it really fast.

These balance blocks have done wonders for my workouts. No more wrist pain when doing pushups.

These are great for if you are wanting to learn hand to hand in acrobatics. Or for just practicing your handstand. The curve on the blocks makes it easy to grab too.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. Wood blocks for fascia release is very difficult to find. There are programs that are selling them for $147 for wood blocks and then harass you for other services. This was simple affordable and I can still do the same thing, by watching videos and maybe ordering books to read to go with the blocks. I love them!

excellent product, good quality of wood, good shape which makes it feel comfortable in the hands. the non-slip bottom is also good! If you're careful not to drag them, the skid won't slip out of place or wear down. I've been using it for two months

I’ve been using these blocks for about three years now and they’ve been excellent for handstand practice and yoga. The build quality is really solid—they provide great support for the wrists and feel stable during use. After a lot of training, one of the rubber pads did come off, but it was easy to glue back on and hasn’t been a problem since. For the price, I think they offer really good value. Summary Reliable and well-made blocks that are perfect for bodyweight training or yoga. Just a minor fix needed after long-term use, but overall highly recommended.
