Works great with the NAS rack case.
It works great with the NAS rack case I have. Only downside is that there's no instructions, but it's not a show stopper. The rails are like drawer slides, so luckily I've installed a few drawers in my days and set it up.

Awful rails
These rails are just plain awful. They're flimsy, and the action isn't that smooth. The cage for the ball bearings is easily deformed, and once they're deformed, the rails never work right again. I'm able to get the server to load onto the rails, but once you pull the server out, it's 50/50 chance that the server will pop off the rails. Making these rails useless. My only regret is missing the return window.

They work, but could be better for the price!
These work, but should be easier to slide. As far as mounting I had no issues. Another note is that they can fit a depth of up to 26in.

Box Fine, Ears Bent, Rails Inherently Flimsy
I don’t know how it could be so, but the cardboard box it came in showed no signs of damage, while both rails inside had bent ears.I went to Home Depot, bought some wood and a mallet, and woke up my neighbors whacking these ears back into shape. I’d say I did a pretty fine job. After attaching the chassis to the rails, I tried sliding it in and out. These rails feel very flimsy, and I would not slide the chassis out without something underneath to hold up some of the weight.

Nice concept/slide for rack mount computer case.
Nice slide for rack mounted computer case. I have a couple SliverStone ATX computer case, one a rack mount case designed to be used with this slide, unfortunately this slide was about 2-3 inches too big to fit in my rack and I couldn't use it. Overall seems to be decent value for the cost.

Extremely weak and easily breakable in multiple different areas
The rails that get installed onto the server chassis directly got easily bent with very little weight put on them, the ball-bearing slides that are supposed to lock onto the chassis rails easily break where ball bearings fall out and the leftover metal bends so that you can no longer slide the chassis in to actually lock onto the rack rails.I would NOT recommend anyone get these. There are better alternatives out there that get the job done without breaking during installation.

No QA? Poorly tapped, threads blocked by metal.
Just tried to install but the threads were not correctly tapped. Specifically they left metal covering the opening that won't allow screw to start.I do not own the tools necessary to tap the threads, tried to screw in from the back and cammed out the head.Maybe try to file the opening without damaging the threads, I shouldn't have to try to figure this out at 4 am.So I can't really say what I would like to say about this POS because I would be banned and censored, this is america in it.. land of the free to shut your mouth.Silverstone sucks, wished I had bought something else in stead I got this headache.By the way the instruction for this are 4 diagrams with no indication of how to line up the rails and case so they fit accurately into your rack. Just trial and error.Should have built the mini open air PC I wanted instead of this behomoth with low quality rails that don't fit.Live and learn and never Silverstone again.🤷🏻♂️

Using in a 20" rack
With some modifications I am using these in a 20" rack without issues with both a Silverstone 4U chassis and a PLINKUSA 1U chassis. Compared to the generic chinese rails that came with the PLINKUSA chassis, these are far superior. I did not have any issues with the threads.
