Not a splitter
Item does not work as a splitter! It is more like a switch block

Doesn’t work.
Once you plug in two Ethernet cables, one of the devices will act as if it’s not even connected. This splitter does not support multiple connections.

Works for what I need.
Long story short, after 'upgrading' to a new cable modem and an eero Pro6e router, one of my major software programs refused to gain entry to the internet. The only solution found, after many attempts with my ISP and eero techs, I have to connect my PC directly to the cable modem. I do have some olde Ethernet cable extenders but they don't always work. This allows me to connect my PC to either my router or to my cable modem by simply switching the cable from my PC to one of the two items.

Came on time but when I hooked to devices it wouldn't connect the WiFi but when it was just one device it sometimes connected just wouldn't with 2 when it says uses 2.

Works better than expect but not Automatically
One thing that works best is that I was reaching 400mbps which is the speed of my package. So this will definitely support higher than the noted 100mbpsHowever, switching between devices and be finicky. There's no auto-switch that my laptop/console seem to pick up. Switch only happens when I disconnect the last-used device. Perfect for my emergency use but something to consider for others

Don’t recommend
Only one end works and i bought TWO. What’s the point of it if you can’t connect two ethernets at the same time ran out of return window because I have been busy working but very disappointed have been gaming / working alternating between one cordThought this was a solution .

Great price vs your local computer store..........
it is what it is....works perfect, with no drop in signal or connection...beats the price at your local computer store....I recommended the connector to friends at work....
