I bought these coloring puzzles for my toddler to give her something a little more interesting than coloring books to practice holding a crayon. Not only is she able to practice her fine motor skills by coloring, she can then play with these puzzles and use her brain to figure out how to put the puzzles together. At 2, she can't quite figure out how to get the 12 pieces together, but it won't be long until she is able to figure out how to manage that many pieces. For now, she is content to just color the cardboard puzzles. I love that each puzzle comes in it's own plastic sleeve to make it easy to keep each puzzles' pieces separate. They are just thin cardboard though, so I don't expect them to last very long as they are not durable.

Since my grandchildren love to draw and color as well as do puzzles, these were a big hit. They really loved being able to color them the way they wanted. Would definitely recommend.

 These coloring puzzles are really cute and I am very fond of them. Having a degree in Early Childhood and history of working with working with young children as well as in Special Ed the past few years and having young children of my own, I have seen the benefits of both art and puzzles in helping expand young minds. These puzzles put the two together in one fun learning activity! Another perk … it’s also a quiet activity! I had my 5 year old try them out first and he loved them! He’s coloring in the picture and you can see his colored fish puzzle that he tried to model and make look just like the one in the example picture.The kit comes nicely put together with 10 puzzles, each individually wrapped in clear plastic, then all wrapped together. Each puzzle is different with 10 different pictures to color. They are nice cardboard and it says they can be used with Crayons, Colored Pencils or Paint. The pieces break apart easily for younger ages to be able to play with. I think they are a great product and a great buy. I purchased these puzzles from Jigsaw2order for my great nieces and nephews for them to have fun coloring and put back together. The puzzles come in a set of ten different designs. They pull apart easily and go back together easily too. They have their own envelopes for storage which comes in handy to keep tem organized. You can use colored pencils, crayons or paint on these. They measure 5.5" x 8" and are all white so you can make them your own. These would be alot of fun to have at a birthday party and then the child could take home their own masterpiece puzzle. I had a lot of fun coloring one with my colored pencil set. I had to test them out, right? I just love the fact that you're. Not just coloring a page, but something you can use over and over. I will be taking the rest over to mu niece's house and let her littles color the remaining puzzles.
