しっかりしています。
食洗機対応のものを探していました。ステンレスの中が空洞になっているものは、食洗機対応とはあるものの、若干不安を覚えたので、高いけど・・・こちらにしました。後は、一応、生産地の問題はあるものの、ブランドものということでこちらにしました。使用感は、説明通り、適度に重みもあり、高さを出すためのわっかがなくても平坦になります。足の上に落とさないように注意です。できたてのピザ生地なら粉をまぶして伸ばせばくっつきませんし、くっつくようなら、クッキングペーパーで挟んで伸ばせば大丈夫です。（粉をまぶさずにはやったことがありませんが、それでもいけるかも。冷蔵庫で１晩寝かしたピザ生地なら、ダイレクトに伸ばしてもまったく問題なしです。）
