I bought this kit for the heels I wanted to wear to my college graduation. I was breaking them in for weeks leading up to the ceremony. I thought this kit would help. But it didn't do anything and I was so disappointed. The pads offered no support - my feet still kept slipping forward. The pads even gave me blisters I didn't have prior to using them with the same shoes. I don't recommend this product at all.

I would've rated this higher had I received everything. Sadly I had to return what I did get because it was incomplete. So this review is not on the product but the not receiving what I purchased. The Anti-Slip Front Foot Gel Foot Pad was not included.

I used the back part only to prevent blisters on my heels and they worked pretty well! I did not have any heel blisters. The only problem is the backing doesn't stay sticky for very long so I had to keep adjusting it every time I put my shoes on, but otherwise it worked wonders :)

They did help make some wedding shoes more comfortable but they aren't that sticky. You lose the stickiness the more you take off and put your shoes on. A dab or 2 of super glue solved that problem.

Great cushion and filled the small gap I had in the heels of my shoes. Only thing is that the heel pad doesn't really stay in place. It often slides up and down my heel during the day.

Didnt work for what I needed. Made my shoe smaller so they no longer fit. If my shoe was bigger I would guess they'd work better.

Great find! My feet felt great while wearing my favorite high heels.
