This shake is not the most tasteful meal replacement shake I have ever tried, but as for the purpose of fulfilling my hunger, it does the job. Despite the amount of added sugar (4.9 grams), it does not taste sugary and has a minimal chocolaty taste. Still, the shake is slightly sweet, but it is similar to weak chocolate milk shakes in flavor. Texture wise, it is grainy, and it is somewhat thick and has a typical milk shake kind of texture. So how does it perform? To my surprise, it held my hunger for a good amount of hour. For about a week, I went on an 80 minute hike early in the morning, and I drank this Mana meal replacement shake after the hike. The shake actually tasted very good (after sweating, my taste buds were hungry as well), and one shake held me well until my lunch time. I did not like the taste at first, but weirdly it became better and better, and now I enjoy drinking it. Also, this shake is completely plant based and has a good amount of protein (17 grams) that I need in the morning.Overall, this shake is great as a meal replacement, and it works perfectly for me. I do think there is room for flavoring improvement and pricing, but the nutritional value and convenience factor cannot be ignored.

I live for plant based protein shakes, I often have one instead of lunch and have tried many brands.This one is ok. Taste wise its not the best, it it thick and creamy but does have that chalky aftertaste that can be common with certain protein drinks. My kids weren't fans and theyre weirdos who love almost anything they drink, so at least I don't have to argue with them over why they don't get to drink my protein shakes.I was stunned at how many calories it has compare to other shakes and powders I use, especially as the protein is a few grams lower than I am used to, and the fiber amount is the same. I will say though that it did keep me satisfied between meals, maybe more so than my usual lower calorie shake, so whatever is making up that extra 100-150 calories works.Pros-More filling than typical protein shakes-creamyCons-chalky after taste-high calorie for not a lot of protein/fiber

Purchased a box each of both flavors, both were Origin. Was really hoping to try Choco. Also, a date of 02/2022 is printed on each of the cartons. Not sure if this is a date to be concerned with. Typically these time of products have a fairly long shelf life.Mana states:In order to make ManaDrink user-friendly, we had to use comprehensive TetraPak packaging, which consists of 75% cellulose and several other layers of aluminum and polyethylene foil. Like others have mentioned. The boxes I ordered in May 2022 have a date of "02/2022" on it with no indication if this is an expiration date, a manufacturing date, or something else.

Just like with the powders, I've tried a LOT of different "Ready to go" shakes. I have one with a piece of fruit, and my sweet TEETH (haha) are satisfied. I have never had luck with any other shakes. Normally shakes without sugar or over sweeten to me, and this one is not an exception but it’s not quite as bad as some others. Great in aiding me reach my protein goal for the day in few calories.

I like to keep nutritional breakfast drinks in my office, for whenever I don’t have time to eat before I get to work. The Mana Choco Mark 6 drink is a perfect choice for this, since it’s great cold or at room temperature too. Mana is a complete and nutritional food drink that is ready to enjoy anywhere, and it’s truly satisfying too. It has a mild chocolate flavor, that is creamy and delicious. I also wasn’t tempted to eat when someone was having a taco, because I felt fool, so that’s VERY good too. Mana is plant based with 17 grams of protein, 0 cholesterol, and has many nutrients, including vitamin D, Iron, calcium, potassium, plus dietary fiber. I am VERY HAPPY with Mana, and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

I try to replace one meal each day with a protein shake. I ordered Chocolate flavor and it is quite good. It is sweet, but does not have a bitter aftertaste. The drink is creamy and I do not taste the protein.I especially like to mix a scoop into blender drinks. I add ice, a banana, and a scoop of powder. It blends up into a delicious combination that makes me feel like I'm at a tropical beach resort.Like every other shake I've ever tried, this needs to be served VERY cold in order to taste decent.

I keep these for those days that I need to work through lunch, but compared to other brands of similar product in the same packaging, these are very chalky -like the stuff you drink before gastric type testing. Plus, there is no recognizable chocolate flavor. There are other brands with similar nutritional makeup that taste much better. For the asking price, I would hope that these would at least be non-GMO (many GMOs like soy are virtually dependent on round-up type pesticides). No, it falls short there too. If I do finish these before they expire, I will not be purchasing this brand in the future. 2 stars for the nutrition only.

I was advised to use protein drinks following major surgery. It's not the kind of thing I usually drink and I tried a number of those widely available in health shops and general stores and I hated them. Looking on Amazon I liked the look of this product and decided to try them. All things considered they were far and away the best and I bought a couple of boxes - looks like some of the last available for now! But I had just enough for the hospital visit and I a m so grateful for that...

Ich bin von Mana geflasht! Trinke es gerne wenn ich unter Zeitdruck stehe, schnell Energie brauche, oder als gesunden Ersatz für ungesundes Fastfood. Für mich ist Mana auch ein gesunder Energy Drink. Mana bedeutet übersetzt sowas wie "Lebensenergie".Geschmack: Gut abgestimmt und unaufdringlich. Konsistenz und Drink Experience: Erinnert mich an einen Fitness Shake. Es schmeckt weder ganz krass nach Vanille noch nach sonst irgend etwas. Der angenehm dezente Geschmack bleibt nicht lange im Mund, was für mich positiv ist. Für mich ist der Geschmack ein Plus, da man es theoretisch nach belieben mit "Flavor Drops" oder ähnliches anreichern könnte um tägliche Varianz zu schaffen. Ich trinke morgens nach dem Aufstehen eine Portion Mana. Die zahlreichen wichtigen Nährstoffe geben mir einen Aufwach-Kick und das Gefühl eines guten Starts in den Tag, ohne vorher eine halbe Stunde lang den Tisch decken und später wieder abräumen zu müssen. Das führt auch zu weniger Verpackungsmüll, weniger Abwasch und mehr Zeit für andere Dinge.

So I ordered it about two weeks ago and first of all - the shipping time is amazing! I had it not even in three days time! Secondly, it is so easy to put a drink in a bag and just go knowing that if you don't have time for lunch, you've got your MANA and you won't have to worry about anything. I think, it is a perfect food replacement when you are in a hurry. It tastes something like vanilla milk. When I made the first sip, I was a bit surprised by the taste but there was something for me in it, so I wanted to make another one. I love it and will definitely order it again!
