Attack on Titan Anthology (Attack on Titan Companions)

I believe it’s called Sky Above or close to it but that’s my favorite of the short story bc of the drawings and storyline. This was a great mini series of stories that I hope they adapt into some type of animation.

Wonderful addition to the AoT world. Great look at some different viewpoints.

The cover art is amazing. The art inside, for the most part is top notch. The stories on the other hand are not very good. Most of the stories do not add anything to the mythology of the Titans or the story. The are for the most part, alternate timelines and parodies. All the stories are pretty short and never really build up to anything meaningful. There were a few stories I really like, but they were too short. I wish they had only done four stories all taking place in the world that was originally created.Overall this book was a huge disappointment, I just hope later attack on titan projects do better.

I bought this full price at NYCC '16 and I highly regret my purchase. This is a collection of non-canon short stories based on the Attack on Titan mythology, written by mostly American comic book creators. A majority of the stories featured in this Anthology are lackluster, boring, and most of the artists just flat out suck at drawing. There were maybe two or three stories in this book that I might say are worth checking out, but the rest were garbage.

I only like the cover. The stories are boring and some of the art styles are terrible. Not what I expected at all. DO NOT BUY.
