Pros: • Easily competes with more expensive barber scissors. Great “beginner-level professional feel” for at-home cuts. • Lightweight, ergonomic, and comfortable even during longer use. • Excellent price/performance ratio. Cons: • A bit delicate — try not to drop them, as they’re sensitive. • Biggest downside: they don’t like moisture. I kept mine in the bathroom and noticed slight rusting. • Works best when you cut hair in smaller sections instead of taking thick chunks at once. Extra tips: • Don’t, like my wife on her first haircut attempt, try to cut all your hair at once and end up crying. • And don’t, like my cat, use them to scratch yourself instead of cutting hair. Summary: Performance-wise, these scissors are genuinely impressive and perfect for anyone cutting their hair at home. You just need to care for them properly. Don’t leave them in humid areas and avoid dropping them. If you do that, the sharpness and performance last a long time. With all the pros and cons considered, I still confidently recommend them.

I’m not sure what I was expecting when I bought these having never used hair shears before. I bought these because all I ever get is a trim and i figured I could just continue to do that at home and let me tell you. These scissors are SHARP. they’re heavy, precise, the grip is great. I love these and i definitely feel comfortable to continue to cut my hair with these.
