I'm typically a medium and ordered a medium and it fit (5'4, 145 lb). It is snug/form fitting but not tight or uncomfortable. Flattering, which is saying something because pencil dresses are often hit or miss on my body. It's synthetic so not likely to shrink but I will be cautious. Fabric feels a little cheap but not too thick or thin. Seams and zipper seem stable but it's still new.

Fit's great and is very flattering but order one (or two) sizes up - I'm normally a size M and sometimes even a S, I ordered l based on reviews and it fits perfectly. Great length (not too short) for long legs!

Nice dress- a little tight fit. Dress sits off the shoulders a bit so can't wear a normal bra. Otherwise it is nice.

I am 5'6 150lbs and I ordered a medium. It too small, I could not zip it up. The material isnt the greatest, almost a cotton-feel which is not what i want in a professional-look.
