My hair is about an inch past my shoulder and I can use this. It doesn't give me the ringlets as pictured (possibly due to its length), but it does give me body.I have to position it closer towards the back of my head, and 4 to 8 locks may escape at the nape of my neck, but I just tuck them back in.The challenge is sleeping. I rap it around my head like a bee hive and I can tuck it under my bonnet and tie it down with my scarf. Its just an awkward roll back there. But I have become a master of tucking my pillow just right. lol

I think that this doesn’t have enough girth and substance to work for my hair. Using an old t-shirt worked better for me - it’s something I saw on tik tok - where you make a ring of the old t-shirt with rubber bands or hair ties to make a thick round crown for your head.

It’s ok, doesn’t work too well

It won’t work with my length hair.

This was the most painful night’s sleep ever. I only lasted a couple hours after waking up every time I moved before I ripped this out of my hair. Unless you sleep exclusively on your back and do not move, this thing will get in the way and yank on your hair.

I left in overnight and took it out the next morning and my hair didn’t hold a curl.
