I bought this to do knee exercises after surgery. It works great! The plastic cones allow you to see the progress you've made by moving up or down while exercising. The hand grips are non-slip and make it easy to hold on and to apply pressure as needed. It also comes with a booklet of exercises to do for various body parts. A great buy and easy to use.

Because the strap has those plastic covers, it does not pinch and hurt your fingers while you are pulling on it to get the full stretch. A real benefit for arthritic of sensitive hands!

I use the StretchRite Strap to stretch calf and hamstring muscles. It certainly has the correct name, it is the best stretching strap I've ever used.

I had a surgery that caused my calves to become very tight, to the point where it hurt to stretch them or I couldn't really feel a stretch. My physical therapist let me try one of these and I ordered it the next day. This item is a great stretching tool and even comes with suggested stretches to use.

This is very sturdy, don't have to worry about it breaking after a little use. I use this to do calf stretches before physical therapy, and it works great. Far better than the belt I used before it. Be sure to realize that the "stretch" in the title doesn't mean that this actually stretches, it is talking about you using it to stretch. Quite a bit of difference there, and could cause some problems. That said, I was hoping that the cone handles would have a bit of give to them, but they're actually just hard plastic. Not that big of a deal, but it does cause some discomfort in my hands when I have to hold a stretch for an extended amount of time.

I have purchased two of these for family members who have had total knee replacements and they both have said they have been a great help in doing their therapy. The plastic makes good grip handles to get the length you need to pull and also can be used to roll the muscles. Great purchase.

This works good but its not what i expected,i was under the thought of it stretching. I was wrong but if you want to use it before exercising it would be good.
