I love that this product can charge your phone and it has a kickstand however the only thing I don't like is that it will automatically start charging your phone for you instead of giving me the option to hold the button down for 3 seconds to decide when I want to start charging the phone and it takes forever to charge the backup battery backup

You can not use your phone while it is charging. It doesn't protect the screen at all. It's very bulky for it not providing much protection to the phone itself. I had to just order a normal case for my phone 1 week later.

The "5000 mah" battery is the same size as what's in my cell phone but it only charges my phone to 50% before the case dies, but I don't have any complaints for the price. I just use it when traveling on planes and it does the trick.

The battery charged my phone great and fast but whenever the charger was charging my phone, I am usable to use my device. Like my screen becomes frozen.

Poorly made and broke after 3 months of use. The trim around the camera is too thin and easily breaks

It is nice and slim in design but it doesn't charge well and does not even give me a half charge on my Samsung.
