Tasty, Even For a Meat Eater
I’ve never had any intention of giving up meat, but I like to have a diverse diet and I try to incorporate as many veggies as I can to diversify the nutrients I get.Love how these taste and how veggie based meat alternatives often have lower sodium overall.Extremely easy to prepare for lunch or dinner too; just toss them in an air frier for 20 minutes while I’m cooking up some sides.

A new staple in my kitchen.
The BEST addition to my salads. I have not used this for a sandwich but have no doubt that would also be amazingly delicious. I will finally be able to pack in high protein salads like my fellow meat eaters do. Taste and smell is amazing!

The closest I’ve gotten to juicy chicken so far. Yum.

Giving same rating as their excellent tenders
Mostly vegetarian person here. Currently limiting meat to about twice a week (mostly ethical reasons).I recently tried their tenders (see that review) and was quite impressed. They have nailed the texture of processed white meat chicken. These do that as well. Very happy with the texture. Coating is also spot on. They only fail a bit in the flavor department. The tenders, while sodium loaded had no real flavor at all. These, the flavor was a bit peppery (although they are possibly a dietary sodium bomb as well). I feel they are equals and the absolute best faux chicken I have ever had (and I have been doing faux meats since I was a teenager, eons ago). Many possibilities when preparing both. I would recommend to all although with caveat due to sodium content (which you may or may not taste) it is there.I might try their nuggets next or not. Not a fan of real chicken nuggets (mechanically separated gristle chunks in grease) at all. For now, I want to try enhancing these two products for flavor without adding any more sodium.I would recommend to both vegetarians and meat eaters. Not a bad value and unlike with real chicken you don't have to power wash your kitchen with boiling bleach after preparing :) Go veggie.

Mikey likes it!!!!!
You might be old enough to remember the Life cereal commercial featuring a kid named "Mikey" who didn't like most foods - but liked Life cereal, to the amazement of his friends. Well, I'm a real-life Mikey, single divorced male age 72 eating mostly packaged food, cooking very little, and who had a SERIOUS aversion to trying any more plant-based products after trying some before manufacturers started to really make improvements. My daughter recommended this Gardein product and to my amazement, I really liked it! Needed a little seasoning. Great as a "chicken cheese patty" between two toasted pieces of home made gluten free bread.

So much yum!!
These are absolutely my favorite vegan chik'n pattie!! They're great for vegan chik'n parm, sandwiches, salads, whatever!! Even on a bagel with a slice of pepper jack for breakfast! They really crisp in the oven!! Better in the oven but if you don't have time microwaving is fine.If you're new to being vegan try these. They're a tad more expensive, only three in the pack, but really worth it.
