The ingredients are simple and natural. Including Cinnamon, Gymnema, Cayenne, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Bitter Melon, ALA, Banaba, Guggul, Juniper Berry, L-Taurine and other vitamins and minerals. These are natural ingredients that when combined may support healthy blood sugar levels. That is a good thing for me. I would rather try a natural supplement than a pill made up of unknown chemicals.The bottle is sealed on he outside and on the inside for your safety. The pills do not have a funny smell. They go down easily with some milk. I only take pills with milk in case there is a funny after taste or burps.Overall I am happy with this product.

First off- this is a supplement and you shouldn't be expecting same result as you would from the prescription drugs. Also- ymmv meaning that the affect is depending on a person. The person I bought this product for reported that the sugar levels are more balanced than before. Not lower but no spikes that happened in the past. Again, for someone else this product may work differently.
