5 stars- our fireplace looks amazing
sum up- we love it. It has a metalic sheen that’s only noticeable when it’s dark and a light source is shining at an angle on it- it still looks amazing though. The normal colors and texture look amazing as well. We made the mistake of aligning a stonestrip edge over a grout line (from the previous tiling underneath). The tile behind the new strips isn’t perfectly flat thanks to those grout lines, so unfortunately if a strip ended over one, it doesn’t stick because there’s a gap under it (even if just a few centimeters). Visually it didn’t change anything, but if you pushed the new stone all would be sturdy and strong until you got the the dip where the underneath grout was too far back. my advice to anyone who wants something it to feel 100%, use wood filler and fill in any grout gaps if you know the strip will end there. If a strip doesn’t end over a line, you should be fine- we couldn’t feel a difference if it was in the middle, only if it was in the ends of one of these stonestrips. Not too pricey (for what we would normally be paying) and well worth it. We got 14 strips. Only a few cut up squares left over.Edit update- our first test piece we placed, peeled off to fix angle and placed again. Months later that one piece wanted to loosen a bit so we just used gorilla glue. Not the products fault, just make sure you are placing it only one time so the adhesive bonds and doesn’t lose its stick. Definitely not meant to be placed then replaced.

Fantastic! Must buy!
This product is AMAZING!!! Not only is it super easy to apply, but it looks gorgeous once you’re done! I’m beyond happy with this purchase. I used it as the backsplash in front on my tub in the camper that I’m remodeling. It’s perfect for this project as it’s very light weight, but looks like real stone. The adhesive is extremely sticky and I’ve had no issues with it thus far and don’t anticipate any issues. It’s easy to trim it to fit your space. Best peel and stick product I’ve ever bought. 100% recommend for whatever project you need it for.

Looks good, but order is not for an entire package
I bought a couple of packages of this from Home Depot on sale. There were two or three pieces in a package, so I expected to receive the same thing when ordering here. The price is exactly the same, however each order through Amazon is for one piece, not one package. It does look really good, but if you aren't in a hurry, see if you can find it somewhere else.

Not so easy...
I purchased the boxed set and absolutely fell in love with this product! Beautiful and easy to install. I needed four additional sheets to complete my project and purchased them individually. These look the same but we’re not easy to cut, not easy to install and do not have the subtly color depth as the boxed set. I used them anyway to finish my project and the look ok, there was only 3 used to fill small areas. If you buy these, buy the box set and not the individual pieces.

DIY project made EASY!
I used this peel and stick stone to refinish a electric fireplace I had. First photo shows the before photo and step by step how I did the refinish on it. I used the onyx stone at first and didn’t use any extra adhesive. It was fairly simple to work with tin shears, tape measure and level. It lasted about 7 months before pieces started coming loose. So I wasn’t that thrilled with the color so I figured I’d redo it in a different color. I had recently been at Lowe’s and they had a weathered quartz in stock so I went and bought what I needed. I changed a few things and built out the hearth bigger and I also purchased loctite pro adhesive. I removed the onyx tiles and started installing the weathered quartz tiles. Already I’m way more pleased with it cuz it goes with my stuff way better. Please excuse the mess while working on it. If I don’t take photos along the way of my projects I forget to till I’m finished. I’m very pleased with how the final results turned out. With the onyx tiles I only did the face of the fireplace and it took 5 tiles. When I did the weathered quartz it took 3 packages from Lowe’s with 4 tiles in each. I have no tiles left over except little pieces. I personally think it turned out pretty darn good for a DIY project. I’m a female and found the tiles easy to work with and giving a beautiful results.

Looks and feels like stone, easy to install
LOVE this product!!! I searched extensively online for something that had a realistic stone look and feel yet was thin enough and easy enough to install. THIS IS IT! We used it for the surround around our fireplace we built. We still have some stonework on the base to complete, but this peel and stick completed the surround look we were going for. Feels and looks just like stone; not plastic or vinyl and the color is true to the sample. It can be somewhat tricky to cut (we found cooking scissors and tin snips worked best) but all in all was very easy to apply. I was skeptical about this looking real but am VERY pleased with this product. Highly recommend!

Not Happy!
Got these today and started putting them up. Prep done right. These are thin and delicate, not sturdy and they were not sticking well at all, so I stopped and wanted to return them and they wanted to charge me $158.40 for shipping coasts to return them and they would deduct the $158.40 from the refund. I bought 15 for $237.00. I would get back 80.00 of my $237.00. I should be able to return them no questions asked just like any regular store and not be charged OUTRAGEOUS shipping coasts. There is no way it coasts $158.40 to ship these back. I didn't find them to be good quality as other peel and stick products that I've used and now seeing and working with them they are way overpriced. I'll be complaining to Amazon too. Hopefully I can sell them on ebay, but I'll still be taking a loss.

Would recommend. Good price
I have my product, just am not ready to install at this point (2/2019). I can say that this is a reasonable, affordable upgrade for the kitchen. A high end look without breaking the bank. It looks easy to install and cut, my kitchen just isn’t ready to do it yet, still awaiting the granite counters to come in. My only worry on this is how well the glue on this works, I don’t know if I will need to add PVC cement to the wall or if this will hold well without it, I plan on testing out one piece for a week or so before I do the rest to see how well it holds. I will update after.
