Very strong and last for 3-4 days.

I swim everyday and the water is no match for this tape. I have tried rock tape, regular or tape, and several cheaper kinesiology tapes and they all fall off within a day of water work outs, not to mention the fibers are looser and don’t hold their stretch as long. This tape has stayed on for a week after being in the water 5 days. This is the best there is.

What do you expect from their pro extreme model? The adhesive was so strong that after two days of leaving it on, it tore a piece of my skin off when removing. Needless to say, I should’ve taken the tape off slowly. If you don’t need the excessive adhesion, get the pro. If you need this to last under your clothes rubbing against it, this will go above and beyond. Bottom line: I’ve barely managed with the pro version and did have a few applications rolled over. With the pro extreme, it shedded its strands off before I even attempt to peel it off. Lastly, it does extremely well for carpal tunnel and survived a days worth of office duty and hand washing. Definitely recommend for when excessive adhesion is needed.

Be aware this is the worst tape ever! It took me hours plus overnight to try to get this tape to remove from my skin. Ended up having to Google how to remove the adhesive from my skin. I had to soak it overnight, I even attempted I makeup remover to try to remove it. Stood in a hot shower, long enough to run out of hot water. Once it finally came loose the adhesive still was on the skin. I ended up googling and found out I could use coconut oil which is the only thing I had here. I had to soak it on both legs where the adhesive was. My skin is bruised from practically ripping the skin off trying to take the tape off. And it was only on for one day I can't imagine leaving it on for the time that they say you can use it.

Easy application does require a little bit of knowledge to apply in right places but when you figure it out it’s well worth it!

No glue residue when removed which a problem which is a problem I’ve had with off brand tape. I wore elastic knee sleeves on both knees for years when I played golf. I switched to KT tape about three years before my total knee replacement in October 2020. I continue to use the KT tape for support and protection when I play golf. In my opinion the KT tape is superior to the elastic knee sleeves I used to wear. retired orthopedic surgeon.
