I am almost finished with my first bottle, and I have to admit that I don't feel any differently, but that doesn't say much because I already felt great before taking it. So how can I tell that it is "working" or that I am receiving some kind of benefit? One outward sign that I must say has manifested since I began taking it, is that my skin has become smoother, and has gained a healthier glow that was not present prior to taking this product. It seems to be a quality product, at a very reasonable price for the quantity you get. So, as long as it remains affordable and a good value, I'll continue ordering and taking it daily.
