Internet signal is now what it should have been
Have you tried upgrading your Internet speed? Have you tried buying the latest and greatest equipment trying to improve the Wi-Fi signal? If you’ve answered, yes, then look no further. This allowed me to extend the Wi-Fi signal throughout my house at a consistent speed. I wish I had known about this sooner. These are a game changer. for an explanation and how to properly install these, consult YouTube. I purchased two of these and will be purchasing a third for my home as I live in a 4000 square-foot home.

Reliable Connection
In my house like many houses built 10 years or earlier, the houses are wired with RG58 cable for TV distribution from the cable box. Recently my provider changed the feed to my house from cable to optical fiber feed, and provided the appropriate Gateway, which is in the living room. In order to service two other bed rooms, they provided a WiFi Hub, to service the two bed rooms. Frankly, I did not care for using WiFi for the purpose. Seeing WF-803 MoCA Ethernet with WAN and LAN selector, at a very reasonable price, I opted ordering 3 units. The delivery was fast. I had some trepidation whether the scheme will work or not, especially in the light of internet chatter about it not working with AT&T equipment. I connected the supplied Ethernet cable from Fiber Gateway to the WF-803, and fed the RG58 cable from it into my house’s RG58 wiring. In the bedrooms, I fed the RG58 cable to the WF-803, and using the supplied Ethernet cable, I obtained Ethernet output from the WF-803, and fed the AT&T receiver from the Ethernet. It worked like a charm, in both bedrooms. I have been using these units the last week, continuously, they have worked very reliably. My reason of not using the AT&T Receivers with WiFi was my concern with privacy, as well as reliability. My house location is such that I get a lot of interference from a nearby radio and cellular tower. I had tried Ethernet on Power-line solution, with highly recommended Panasonic adapters. But the interference was too much for it to work reliably.Observing the WF-803s’ reliable operation without a glitch, and easy installation, I will surely recommend the product to any friend.Note: The 3 position switch WAN/Full/LAN, I found the LAN choice reliable; especially in one bedroom where a computer connects to work for 10 hours a day. The computer connection has not exhibited a single glitch 👍.

Works very well for me.
I bought two of them at discounted prices and connected to two ends of coax cable. Using the Ethernet ports of the DSL box connected to my old AT&T box. It worked great. Saved my Wi-Fi bandwidth for other devices!

doesn't play nice with other moca adapter
While it does work it isn't compatible with other moca adapters at full speed

I have Frontier. My ONT is from Verizon installed before Frontier took over in California
Simply put the MOCA did not work with the Verizon ONT installed by Frontier. The old Arris MOCA did work.

Great as a gigabit wired back-haul link for a WiFi mesh
I'm getting full-duplex gigabit bandwidth over RG-6 coax with a pair of these adapters. My only regret is not picking them up when they were $30 each.

Making MoCa more impactful
I purchased this knowing that I would like to have another hardwired connection in my home. To be clear you need to have your Coax Jack enabled to be able to utilize this. This might need to be coordinated with a frontier or other cable representative. I connected this to an eero router and get hardwired speeds. Love it!
