It seemed to be great quality, and then it opened up like an egg and dropped me on the ground the first weekend out. I get that sometimes things fail, but I’ve received zero response from Wise Owl besides their Instagram page providing an email that doesn’t reply. Their direct messaging on their page failed to respond as well. Very disappointing customer service, as I quite enjoyed the hammock and found it very comfortable before it ripped.

The little bag that attaches to the hammock is not durable at all, and is coming detached. I cannot stuff the hammock into it as it is too small and apparently, cannot take the pressure without ripping off. It’s hanging on my a literal thread. Can I get a replacement or a refund?UpdateNo response from Amazon or Wise Owl. I guess this product does not have a warranty

I’m a daily hammock user and when my previous hammock straps snapped one day and left me bruised and banged up I was having anxiety about finding a safer replacement. Having learned that a Hammock is not a place to be cheap. I was obsessively reading reviews and even the super expensive ones had scary reviews and I was ready to just go without just to avoid another terrifying fall. But his last month without a hammock has been lame without one. Then I found this brand and the reviews were stellar, so I took a risk and ordered it. It arrived today and WOW WOW WOW!! It’s made so well, the stitching is perfect and the fabric is so soft it’s hard to believe it’s so strong. It’s almost as soft as my silk travel sleep sheet! And the color omg, this sea foam and blue color is beautiful!! It’s also super long and considerably more comfortable to lay in length-wise because of the extra length! My previous double hammock I always laid in width-wise because I felt less cramped, this one is comfy all directions! The straps that attach to the carabiner are super thick and solid which was the most important since that’s where my last hammock snapped, this one feels way safer and seems so thoughtful made and reinforced. I’ve already been recommending it to friends and family and I’ve only had it for about 2 hours and can’t seem to pry myself from it.

I really liked this hammock. I got a double and it was a good comfortable size with a material that let the breeze in. But after just 4 months, the fabric cables ripped on my son (he's less than 130 lbs). It ripped in one of the longer adjusting holes so I just put the carabiner in a tighter one past the tear, but in two days it ripped again on a place it must've been already wearing out on the other side. So now it's completely unusable.
