Decent
It seems to be a decent motor for the cheap price. Runs a bit loud & not smoothly, but gets the job done. Easy to change the impeller & the lower unit oil which is definitely a plus.

You are taking a chance...
A chancy purchase. You may get a good running motor or, you may get one with multiple problems. Mine had the choke label backwards and I tried to start it with many pulls until I realized I didn't actually have the choke turned on! The label was backwards..."ON" was off and "OFF" was on!When I got it started, it would only run about five minutes before it died. After it cooled down, it started up again. When running the power was uneven, meaning the motor was "pulsing" in rpms. It did not run smoothly and evenly. Power kept going up and down before it finally died. The gas cap leaks fuel when the motor is upright, or when it's tilted out of the water. I have contacted the company and am awaiting instructions on a warranty repair. The only problem is you have to ship the motor to the repair shop under contract with this company. Shipping an outboard motor is expensive, so keep your factory box and packing Styrofoam for repairs, either upon receipt, or after use. The repairs may be free, but shipping to a distant repair shop is going to be expensive. My suggestion...beware. The features sounded too good to be true for the price and, sure enough, it WAS too good to be true.
